Kun Ying Hydroponics Farm

Kun Ying Hydro is a well-controlled hydroponics vegetable farm. Hydroponics is a branch of agriculture where plants are grown without the use of soil. You can visit the farm without any fee. Healthy food and cold vegetable drinks are also available to freshen you up. Occasionally there will be activities where you can select vegetables from the farm yourself to create your own salad menu. The farm was originated from the idea of Mr. Boonsak Tanruangsri, a computer engineer graduated from Germany who came home and would like to plant his own fresh and clean vegetables. After being successful with his idea, he began to gradually expand it into a business on his land covering 5.5 Rai. Majority of vegetables in the farm are frillice iceberg, red oak, green oak, cos lettuce and butterhead. The farm has also partnered with Marriott hotel to supply the vegetables to its kitchen. Hotel guest activities such as outdoor activities or cooking classes at the farm are also occasionally arranged making full use of the farm area.
