Brown Rice Hand Milling Activity

Local wisdom presentation through experiencing culture and way of life is regarded as another notability creating. Mr. Pan has been preserving the method of hand milling for brown rice for us to learn about, whether rice pounding with a mortar and the brown rice hand milling activity by using a wooden millstone which is regarded as a method to preserve the value of rice because with this method, the rice germ is complete so the value of rice fully remains.  In addition to rice milling, the rice is also used for cooking a local menu called “Kaeng Khao Kua” (Ground Roasted Rice Curry) which is another local wisdom and creative activity here…it’s very delicious.
