The house of Grandma Saengda Somrit is located in Ban That Sob Waen, Yuan Sub-district. It is 70 years old building on high stilts in an ancient Tai Lue-Lanna housing style. The grandmother said that she started to build this house when she was 17 years old which she was helped by the villagers and has been living here since then. She wants to conserve this house to be in the same condition and does not want to add anything else at all because she wants the next generation to visit here.
For those who love Tai Lue fabric work, it is also available at this house including Tai Lue clothing to be seen and sold. The genuine Tai Lue weaving show is performed for visitors to see at the area under the house.
