Ban Khlong Lek Bon Archaeological Site
Ban Khlong Lek Bon Archaeological Site, is located in Khao Kaew Subdistrict, Tha Mai District, Chanthaburi Province. It is a site where ancient artifacts have been excavated, such as bronze bracelets, sharp-tipped chipped stone tools, polished stone axes, yellow and blue beads, and bronze ornaments, etc. There are a total of 8 excavation points, which are located in the agricultural areas of the locals. The sites were named after the homeowners, such as Suan Nai Pradit Chomchit and Suan Nai Chat Chaisena. Based on the evidence found, it is believed that ancient humans lived in this area 6,000 years ago.
