Thai Farmer’s Way of Life and Spirit Learning Center (Na Hia Chai)
r. Nitat, son of Hia Chai, after graduating from high school, helped his father in the rice purchasing business in 1991. Later, he found out that he was not suitable for this career, so he decided to change his career from buying rice to producing rice seeds in 1997. He started from a small point, learned through trial and error, searched for farmers who were diligent and honest, developed a rice seed system to bring rice seeds with high purity. He initiated the establishment of the Thai Farmer’s Way of Life and Spirit Learning Center to be a source of information for those who are interested in studying and gaining knowledge about rice and the way of life of Thai farmers in the past, in order to give back to farmers who have done him a favor and the land of his birth. There are interesting learning centers such as the House of the Heart of Thai People, the Demonstration Rice Field, the House of the Way of Life of Thai Farmers in the Past, the House of the Goddess of Rice, the Rice Barn, the House of Royal Activities and the House of Rice Books, the Farmer Warning Tower, the General Store or the Old Store, the Food and Souvenir Center.
