Banglamung Beach Community

Ban Chai Talay Community or also known as “Local Fishing Group of Banglamung Municipality” is the local fishing community located at the middle of Pattaya City (Left side) and Laem Chabang Port (Right side). People in this community have had the local fishing lifestyle from the ancestor’s period until now. Currently, during October to April of every year (the season of laying eggs of aquatic animals), the locals will prepare the creative tourism in the community. There are several tourism and learning activities for tourists, for example, learning the berried crab bank project, knitting a fishnet, making a crab trap, and cruising for catching squids, scuba diving at Nok Island and picking up trashes from the island. This is to foster the good awareness to tourists. In addition, there is the local fishing housewife group of Banglamung Municipality who provides the cooking services to tourists.
