Phra Tam Nak Hill Viewpoint

Phra Tamnak Hill Viewpoint is recognized as the most beautiful panoramic viewpoint of Pattaya Beach. Apart from clearly seeing the view of the entire Pattaya from the highest of the hill with your eyes, you can also see the view by using binoculars provided. Phra Tamnak Hill or Khao Phra Bat is connected and located between Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach. This scenic viewpoint is under supervision of Navy Radio Station (Navy Radio Broadcasting Station 5). It is also the location of Wat Khao Phra Bat where the replica of Buddha's footprint is situated. In addition, the statue or monument of Kromluang Chomphonkhetudomsak is also located here where you can hear very loud firecrackers’ sound. This is to pay respect to Kromluang Chomphonkhetudomsak which must be operated by officers only. People are strictly not allowed to set off firecrackers and shoot guns based on the traditional belief.
