Pattaya United

Pattaya United is a Thai professional football club based in Pattaya, Chonburi Province. The name of the club had been changed for several times. It was originally known as “Coke-Bangpra Chonburi Football Club” before it changed to “Pattaya United Football Club” in 2009 as the team has been officially promoted by Wittaya Khunpluem, the former member of the house of representatives in Chonburi Province and Sonthaya Khunpluem, the former minister of Tourism and Sport since 2001. The stadium of Pattaya United Football Club is known as “Dolphin Stadium” which was improved and additionally constructed from Nongprue Municipality Football Field. It is the competition field as the host of Thai Premier League. The stadium can accommodate up to 4,510 spectators. During off-season, this stadium is also the place promoting sports and exercises of youths, including the public. It is always participated in sponsorship and offered the place for being the host of any sport competition in the level of sub-district, district, province and region.
