Weruwanaram Temple

Weruwanaram Temple was formerly named as Koh Phai Temple. It is a temple located in a community. It is spacious and shady from the coconut and mango, and small and big trees planted inside the temple. In addition, there is also a school placed in the same fence. Here has a place for dharma retreat activities, especially that there is a new chapel. There are murals telling about the Buddha history, and the door panels covered with lacquer and gold leaves in beautiful Thai pattern. Tourists can visit for relaxation under the peaceful atmosphere, together with making merit and holy thing worship. It is located at Takien Tia Sub-district, Bang Lamung District. If you are following Sukhumvit Road from Bangkok to Pattaya, turn left beside Rong Poh Market, enter into Bang Lamung 25 Road or Takien Tia Road and drive for about 5 kilometers. It is situated a little bit after Takien Tia Municipal Office, and there will be the temple entrance on the right hand side.
