Nalikwanaram Temple
Nalikwanaram Temple was formerly named as Takien Tia Temple by calling it from the temple area which had a large but not too tall Takien tree (Iron Wood). It is an old temple built at the end of Rama 3 age. Currently, the mentioned Takien tree is dead, but the new plantation was managed in 1979. The strange thing is the tree has one trunk with two prongs. So, it is regularly visited by people who come to worship and wish for luckiness. There is an important sacred object that is crowned Buddha image in early Rattanakosin art. The lap is 25 inch width. It was built in 1840. It is enshrined as a principle Buddha image in the chapel. It is located at Takien Tia Sub-district, Bang Lamung District.
