Kao Beach@Mak Island

This is the most popular beach with 12 little resorts along this beach. The Ao Kao Beach is about 5 km long, so you will find a lot of lonely spots here. This beach has one of the most romantic areas on the island. The beauty of this beach is –like everywhere in the world- changes from high and low-tide. Some people prefer the high-tide, so you just walk a few steps until the water is deep enough to swim. Some prefer the low-tide, so you have more of the sandy beach. From here, you can enjoy nice sunsets and a view of Koh Rayang Nok and Koh Rayang Nai. Coconut trees lean above the sea-water and give you the right occasion for romantic pictures.
