Khao Mai Kaew Temple

Wat Khao Mai Kaew is located at the center of Khao Mai Kaew community so it is considered to be the hub of the community. It is the temple of Khao Mai Kaew Sub- district, with 80 years of age. Currently, the locals and Buddhist followers visit here for making merits and maintaining Buddhism in order to improve and develop the temple. Moreover, there is Phra Sriwalee and old Phra Kaew Tower which the locals regularly pay respect to inside the temple. The beautiful ubosot was built by the faith and cooperation of the locals due to the auspicious occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King. Now, Wat Khao Mai Kaew is cooperating with Khao Mai Kaew Sub-district Administrative Organization to build another Phra Kaew Buddha image which will be housed at Khao Mai Kaew Community Forest Learning Center.
