Bang Saray Kongkaram Temple

Wat Bang Saray Kongkaram or also known as “Wat Nai” or “Wat Bang Saray Nai” by the locals was established in 1857. The temple comprises of the ubosot, pavilion for making merits and multi-purpose pavilion. The sacred thing of the temple is the realistic statue called “Luang Phor Thong Yoo”, the famous former abbot of Wat Bang Saray Kongkaram in Bang Saray District. He adhered to kindness, unambition and tranquility so his reputation and compassion is widely known and respected. Although he passed away now there are a number of people having a faith in him and visiting here for paying respect to his realistic statue.
